How I Work With Clients

Choosing a therapist is an important decision, and understanding how I work can help you determine if we’re a good fit. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and deeply relational—rooted in trust, attunement, and a shared commitment to depth.

I don’t offer quick fixes or surface-level symptom relief. Instead, I support clients who are ready to explore the deeper layers of their inner world—working through longstanding patterns, identity wounds, and nervous system imprints with care and curiosity.

A Personalized, Depth-Oriented Approach

Every person I work with brings a unique constellation of experiences, needs, and inner dynamics. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I draw from several powerful modalities—Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Somatic Therapy, and NARM—to support deep, lasting, and embodied change.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS helps us explore the different “parts” of you—those that carry pain, protect you, or push you to achieve, withdraw, or please. These parts formed for good reasons, often long ago. In our work, we build a compassionate relationship with them, helping your system move toward inner harmony and self-leadership.

NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model)

NARM focuses on the impact of early relational and developmental trauma—especially the unconscious patterns we developed to survive disconnection, shame, or unmet needs. Rather than analyzing the past, NARM brings attention to what’s happening right now—in your body, in our relationship, and in how you relate to yourself.

This work helps uncover and release deeply held identifications like “I’m not enough,” “I have to do it alone,” or “I don’t matter”—making space for connection, aliveness, and authentic self-expression.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR supports the processing of trauma, distressing memories, and limiting beliefs through the body’s innate capacity to heal. In my practice, I weave EMDR in gently—often alongside IFS or NARM—to support integration and nervous system resilience.

Somatic Therapy

Because trauma and emotional memory live in the body, talk therapy alone often isn’t enough. Somatic therapy brings in the wisdom of your nervous system—tracking sensation, posture, and internal states to create safety and healing at a core level. This work is slow, spacious, and deeply respectful of your body’s pace.

What You Can Expect

My work is collaborative, depth-oriented, and grounded in presence. Sessions may include:

  • Exploring emotional, relational, or identity patterns

  • Uncovering unconscious survival strategies that keep you stuck

  • Tuning into your body’s felt experience for integration and clarity

  • Processing trauma in a supported and nuanced way

  • Reclaiming a deeper sense of self, connection, and possibility

I work best with clients who are curious, committed, and ready to move beyond “coping” into something more lasting: transformation, clarity, and wholeness.

Healing Is a Journey—And It Doesn’t Have to Be Walked Alone

The work we do together isn’t always easy, but it is real. It’s a space where all of you is welcome—your protectors, your wounds, your longings, your wisdom.

If you’re ready to explore your inner world more deeply, I’d love to connect.
