Psychedelic Integration Therapy

Grounding. Meaning-Making. Nervous System Support.

Online sessions available across British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia & The Yukon

For those navigating expanded states, deep inner journeys, or spiritual emergence.

You’ve had a powerful experience—or one is on the horizon. Maybe it cracked you open in ways you didn’t expect. Maybe you feel more connected, but also more vulnerable. Maybe it left you inspired… confused… or even a little untethered.

Psychedelic experiences can awaken profound insight, grief, beauty, or intensity. But without integration, those insights can fade—or leave you feeling overwhelmed, raw, or emotionally disoriented.

Integration is where the real transformation happens.

What is Psychedelic Integration?

Integration is the process of making meaning from non-ordinary states of consciousness

—and weaving those insights into your daily life, nervous system, relationships, and identity.

It’s not just about talking through what happened. It’s about:

  • Exploring how the experience lives in your body now

  • Meeting parts of you that were activated, revealed, or unsettled

  • Making sense of visionary material or spiritual themes

  • Creating grounding practices for stability and clarity

  • Supporting your nervous system after intense activation

Whether you journeyed with psilocybin, ketamine, MDMA, ayahuasca, or breathwork, integration therapy offers a safe, regulated space to explore what surfaced—and what’s next.

I Offer Support For

Pre-journey preparation

To help you approach the experience with intention, clarity, and grounded nervous system awareness.

Challenging journeys

If something felt disorienting, frightening, or incomplete, we can explore it with care and curiosity—at a pace that feels safe.

Post-journey integration

To explore what emerged emotionally, somatically, or spiritually—and support it landing meaningfully in your life.

Post-ceremony re-entry

For those returning from retreat spaces or ceremonial contexts and feeling lost, alone, or uncertain how to “return” to everyday life.

Spiritual emergence

For those navigating awakenings, intuitive openings, or identity shifts that feel destabilizing or hard to articulate. .

ongoing inner work

If a psychedelic experience revealed long-held patterns or trauma, I offer ongoing support to help metabolize and integrate that material into lasting transformation.

Legal Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (When Available)

In addition to integration therapy, I also offer legal psychedelic-assisted therapy through the following channels:

  • Ketamine-Assisted Therapy — In partnership with local clinics, I provide legal KAP sessions in-clinic, supporting both the preparation and integration process.

  • Psilocybin and MDMA Therapy — When approved through Health Canada’s Special Access Program (SAP), I offer trauma-informed psychedelic therapy for clients with qualifying needs.

If you’re exploring one of these legal options, feel free to reach out to learn more about the process and requirements.

Note: Outside of legal settings, I do not provide, supply, or facilitate the use of any substances. This work is for preparation and post-experience integration only.

How I Work

I bring a gentle, trauma-informed lens to this work. Integration is not about forcing meaning or rushing clarity—it’s about creating space for your system to metabolize what it received.

My approach blends:

  • To support regulation, grounding, and embodied presence

  • To explore internal protectors or vulnerable parts activated by the experience

  • To trace developmental patterns and identity themes revealed during the journey

  • When appropriate, I use resourcing, dual awareness, or specific EMDR protocols to help process emotionally charged material, consolidate insights, or gently revisit moments that felt overwhelming or incomplete.

  • To hold space for transpersonal experiences, existential themes, or shifts in consciousness—without bypassing your emotional or physical body.

  • When resonant, we may engage creative or imaginal tools (voice, movement, imagery, writing) to help integrate what words alone cannot capture.

What to Expect

Psychedelic therapy is more than the journey itself—it’s a process of intention, experience, and integration. Whether you're preparing for a session or integrating one, our work is grounded in attunement, safety, and embodied meaning-making.

Sessions are 60 minutes (or 70 minutes by request) and held via secure video. Some clients book a few sessions before and after a journey; others engage in a longer process if the experience touched deeper layers of trauma, identity, or purpose.

This work often unfolds in three organic phases:

1. Preparation

We begin by slowing down and clarifying your intentions—emotionally, spiritually, and somatically. Together, we’ll explore your inner landscape, address fears or protectors that may arise, and build nervous system resources to support safety before your journey.

2. Integration

After your experience, we gently explore what surfaced: insights, emotions, parts, imagery, or existential themes. Whether your journey was beautiful, challenging, or confusing, we hold it with care. This is a space to metabolize—not analyze—what unfolded.

3. Embodying the Shift

We then focus on anchoring the wisdom. This may involve parts work, somatic regulation, or rituals that help translate your insights into daily life. Over time, you may notice subtle shifts in how you relate to yourself, your relationships, and your path forward.
